The Voice Panel allows the Presenter to send audio from his PC microphone to other attendees using VOIP
.
The Presenter may choose to enable Voice Chat for a meeting.
This can be done by right-clicking on a participant's name and selecting "Attendee can Talk using VoIP".
The volume slider controls are to the right of the Talk and Mute buttons/icons.
To take control of the microphone, the host or a participant will click the "Talk" button/icon. When they are finished speaking, they will release the talk button so that somebody else can talk.
Only the host or one Participant may "talk" with the microphone at one time.
To control the speaking volume settings using the Voice Panel, move the "Talk" slider bar left or right to adjust. To adjust the speaker volume settings, slide the horizontal slider bar to the right of the "Mute" icon. Clicking the Mute icon will temporarily disable the volume coming to your speaker.
You may need to change the default audio settings on your computer if you have multiple microphones or speakers and would like to override the default setting. To do this, click the Configure link.
Note: It is highly recommended that you use a headset or any microphone that minimized echo and background noise.
